Important Notes

Early Bird Discount of 10% is available with full payment on or before 16 August 2026.
Additional booth space is available at 50% discount.
Each Booth is provided with disk, 2 chairs, spotlight and stall facia.
Accommodation (Room/Additional Rooms): Available on a first-come first-served basis, subject to availability, at an additional cost of ₹42,000 + 18% GST per room (Single/Twin sharing occupancy, for three nights, including breakfast). Advance payment is mandatory and must be completed on or before 16th August 2026. After this date, participants will be required to make their own accommodation arrangements directly.
