Important Notes

** Author Students should submit ID Cards and Bonafide Certificates before 15 August 2026.
** Accommodation (room)is not included in registration fee. All Delegate / Speaker and Student are requested to make their own arrangement for accommodation & transportation.

Accommodation (Room/Additional Rooms): Available on a first-come first-served basis, subject to availability, at an additional cost of INR 42,000 + 18% GST per room (Single/Twin sharing occupancy, for three nights, including breakfast). Advance payment is mandatory and must be completed on or before 16th August 2026. After this date, participants will be required to make their own accommodation arrangements directly.
