Paper Presentation Guidelines
 
Powerpoint Presentation Submission
 
 
 
 
 
General:
Power Point presentations shall be used for the presentation of all invited lectures and contributory technical papers. PowerPoint presentations must be pre-submitted by specified date prior to the conference.
 
This is for review purposes and to pre-load presentations and make available in presentation hall.
 
Duration of Presentation: 15 minutes (Including discussions)
 
The session chair must stay on the session time schedule printed in the program and may permit additional time for certain presentations depending on time taken by various presentations during the session.
 
Commercialism
 
Commercialism in the presentation must be avoided (references to trade names, company names, product names, etc.). Company/Trade name may be mentioned only once in the opening or the last slide. The session chair has the responsibility and authority to ensure the compliance of this requirement.
 
Speaker Substitutions
 
If a substitution appears necessary, the author should inform the session chair. The substitute should be one of the paper's co-authors. If a co-author is not available, the lead author, with the concurrence of the session chair, may recommend any person who can effectively present the material
 
How to Power Point Presentation Guidelines
 
Power point presentations should be prepared as carefully and diligently as the written paper. 
 
The presentation should be clear and precise without cramming of information. Basic guidelines are given below
 
Written information
 
Maximum 6 to 7 words per line and maximum 6 to 7 lines vertically on one slide. Font size should be big for readability e.g. Arial 20. Illustrate using figures/tables.Use only the primary colors with proper background.
 
Tabulated data
 
Maximum 3 to 5 columns and maximum 6 to 8 lines vertically on one slide
 
Graphs
 
Do not use grid lines. Keep font size big e.g. Arial 18 or equivalent.
On ordinate and abscissa lines - show small hash marks for main units only, e.g., 0-5-10-15-20.
 


 












 
     
 
Recent Updates
 
Technical Program of CORCON has now been finalized. All the Authors are requested to submit the powerpoint files before 25 August 2015 and register for CORCON 2016 before 30 August. The Papers of those Authors who have not registered for CORCON before 30 August will not be included in the conference proceedings.

 
 
     
 

IMPORTANT FOR PRESENTING AUTHORS: The authors are required to upload their powerpoint file for approval to CORCON website. These approved presentation files would be made available in the presentation laptop. No presentation file would be taken from the author inside the presentation hall. For a backup, all the authors are also requested to bring the approved version of their powerpoint file on a pen drive to CORCON and check the availability of their presentation file at the time of registration.
